A Message to Tonight's Yoga Class

If you were in tonight's class I just really want to say thank you.

However, I deleted all the reasons why.

I was a very long-winded list. You don't need that.

Let's just say:

You really filled me up tonight and made me love Yoga even more than I already do.

Remember, when I say "Yoga," I mean a lot more than just poses.
