As You Are
Have you ever been somewhere and for whatever reason, maybe the people, maybe the place, maybe the event, whatever . . . you felt inadequate?
I am guessing that anyone reading this is answering yes. Personally, I could write pages and pages about this. Instead I will simply quote the words of my wise friend Heidi Kroft when I cried to her about feeling so inadequate in a Yoga class recently because of my injured wrist.
She said:
"You come to Yoga as you are and you let the Yoga be what IT is."
This is true in life too.
Come to life as you are and let life be what IT is.
You are not inadequate unless you think you are. Don't think that.
Come as you are. It's enough.
