What You Allow

I have had this quote for years:

"What we allow is what will continue."

However, it is only in the last few months that I have realized this actually has nothing to do with what we allow from OTHERS.

Instead, it is about what we allow from OURSELVES!

What are you allowing yourself to believe, do and feel that doesn't serve you?

That is on you and what I am allowing is on me. Nobody else.
