Be

I read this last week after a Yoga class and someone I greatly admire for her own wisdom and way with words - asked me for it. So, I thought you might want it too.

BE

When was the last time you stopped to really think about what you want . . .

what you want to do, to have, to be?

Stop and think about it right now.

What do you want to do and to have?

What do you want to be?

Can you separate that from what others want of you,

from what they expect?

Can you separate that from what you think everyone else

is doing or having or being?

It doesn't matter you know?

It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing

and it doesn't matter what they expect.

What matters is you. What do YOU expect?

What do YOU want?

Ralph Waldo Emerson said:

"To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to

make you something else - is the greatest accomplishment."

Be . . .

intentional, truthful, authentic.

Be you.
