As you enter, you will choose healing gemstones to keep with you during our session. Our intention is that these will aid in your rest, and guide you as you take part in whatever energy healing you are here to do.

One we are all settled,  we will begin a sacred circle of sharing as much or as little as guests want. This sharing is designed to help you express your own knowing, and also get to know the intentions of our fellow-participants, as we help compliment the rest and healing of one another. 

Next, we will move to a seated, guided meditation, to set our bodies,  spirits and our collective energy for a deeper, more healing rest.......and then move into supine resting positions with blankets, pillows, lavender and eye coverings designed to grow our sense of wellness within and outside of ourselves.

During all of these times above, your guide will deliver Reiki Energy Healing through both intention and hands-on, soothing, connecting touch.

We will end with another sacred circle, as we bless our healing and take ourselves back out into the world with more peace and joY.
